　　宜工智能装备集团有限公司（简称中国·宜工集团），是专业生产工程机械、生物质能源装备、固废处理装备等高端装备制造企业。

　　公司历史悠久，创建于1969年，生产装载机、挖掘机、环卫机械、混凝土机械、特种汽车等，是国内最早生产轮式装载机的“四大家族”之一，工程机械知名品牌，位列全国机械工业500强，集行业骄子、政府娇儿、人民骄傲于一身，是江西省装备制造业的一面旗帜。

　　改革浪潮淘沙，公司历经沉浮，上市又被摘牌，重组一波三折。公司历尽磨难，但又十分幸运：停产没有破产，道路虽则崎岖，发展从未停步。

　　2009年，浙商参与重组并全权管理，先后投入10亿多元，在宜春经济技术开发区建设了一座占地800亩、建筑面积42万㎡的现代化机械装备制造产业园。整个园区高起点规划、高质量建设、高水平配套，集生产、办公、研发、培训、产品展示、员工住宿于一体，既是一流的装备制造基地，又是秀美的旅游工业园区。引进了日本东芝加工中心、德国伊莎数控切割机、美国惠特尼数控等离子切割步冲机、比利时数控折弯机、奥地利弧焊机器人等大型进口数控设备；增添了数控龙门镗铣床、数控刨台卧式镗铣床、双面数控卧式镗铣床、落地式数控镗铣床、卧式加工中心等国内知名品牌设备；引入了CAD、CAE、CAPP、CAM、ERP计算机辅助设计、辅助制造、辅助工艺和企业资源计划管理系统，基本实现了产品制造从下料、成型、组焊、精加工、涂装到总装等全过程的精密、高效、专业化、智能化生产。

　　由于种种原因，2012年，浙商全面退出经营管理，2016年，宜工再次停产。

　　2019年12月16日，在公司成立50年之际，浙商收购了全部股权，又追加投资2亿多元，增添了尖端加工设备和对原加工设备实施了智能化改造。重新确立了宜工发展新战略：传承优势产业，制造新型挖掘机等工程机械；导入生物质能源装备、固废处理装备制造，转型发展准入门槛高、技术标准高、产品附加值高的高端装备制造产业。专设了“五公司、两研究院、一园区”的新架构，分别承担三大核心产业的研发、生产、配套。其中设立的科创园，着重引进相关战略性新兴产业，集聚一批有激情的创业者。目前，三家混凝土机械、汽车起重机、建筑机械再制造企业已经入园，努力打造机械装备废旧资源循环利用产业集聚区；规划引进新电商、新制造、新金融等产业入驻，逐步形成多板块协同、多产业联动的发展模式，培育诸多细分行业独角兽。同时，专门引进有色金属加工产业，有效服务主业，壮大企业规模，提升公司影响力。力争三年实现产值超百亿元，利税超15亿元的目标。
