洛阳嘉维轴承股份有限公司成立于1998年，前身为洛阳精特专用轴承有限公司，于2007年正式更名为洛阳嘉维轴承制造有限公司，公司坐落在具有深厚文化底蕴和号称“轴承之都”的中华名城九朝古都---洛阳。
嘉维轴承注册资金8000万元，是从事转盘轴承技术研发和生产制造的厂家，具有设计和制造单排球式、交叉滚柱式、双排球式、三排滚柱式、球柱混合式及各种非标、大型、特大型回转支承的综合研发和制造实力。
嘉维轴承从2018年开始布局精密轴承，现公司拥有过硬的技术团队和完整生产能力，可以供应YRT轴承，机器人轴承、精密薄壁轴承等精密轴承，这是嘉维轴承的又一大进步。
嘉维轴承在转盘轴承、精密轴承各大系列及特种、非标、特大型轴承的研制开发方面具有丰富经验。产品具有设计合理，精度高，质量轻，承载力强，适用面广等特点。产品直径范围10-15000mm，精度等级涵盖了P0，P4，P5，P6....广泛应用于工程机械、建筑机械、船舶港口、冶金、起重、环保、石油、化工、军工、风力发电、医疗设备、游乐设备等诸多领域。2008年，公司通过了ISO90001-2000质量体系认证，并于当年积极开拓海外市场，产品批量出口到欧洲、美洲、亚洲等多个国家和地区。2015年，公司通过了CCS工厂认证，ABS产品认证，目前公司可承接CCS、ABS、BV、GL等认证产品。

Established in 1998, Luoyang Jiawei Bearing Co., Ltd (LYJW) is a professional manufacturer of slewing bearings and we can design and manufacture single-row ball slewing ring bearing, double-row ball slewing ring bearing, three-row roller slewing bearing, ball-roller combination slewing ring, crossed roller bearing, crossed tapered roller bearing, slew drives and custom bearings.
By virtue of expertise team, advanced manufacturing technologies and strict quality management system, LYJW takes the lead in the R&D of slewing bearings and custom bearings, which are designed with reasonable construction, light weight, good load carrying capacity and high versatility. The bearings’ diameters range from 200 to 15000mm and the accuracy covers P0, P6 and P5 class. Our slewing bearings, precision bearings and custom bearings are widely used in construction, engineering, mining, marine, chemical, military, wind turbine, medical equipment, and many other industries.
In 2008, LYJW passed the ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System Certification and actively explored overseas markets in that year, and exported our slewing ring bearings to Europe, America, Asia and many other countries and regions. In 2015, we passed CCS Certification and ABS Certification. Now, LYJW can manufacture CCS, ABS, BV, GL and other certified products.

The bearings can be custom made with precision class of P5, P4, and P2, and inner diameter range from 10mm-1500mm.
