中国（福建）对外贸易中心集团有限责任公司为福建省省管国有大型外贸企业，前身为福建省外贸局、福建省外贸总公司、外经贸部（现商务部）直属企业，已有70年的历史。集团注册资本11.6亿元，资产总额95亿元，营收超过155亿元，位列中国服务业500强和福建企业百强、服务业百强企业。集团从事商品进出口贸易、现代农业、健康养老、城市综合服务、酒店、国内外商展等业务，现有权属各级公司45户，员工1000多人。

Incorporated in Junuary of 2009 after merged with Fujian Tiancheng Holdings Corp., Ltd.,China (Fujian) Foreign Trade Centre (Holdings) CO., LTD.,formerly known respectively as Fujian Foreign Trade Bureau, Fujian Foreign Trade General Company, and China (Fujian) Foreign Trade Centre (Holdings), is a large provincial solely state-owned foreign trade group with 35 domestic subsidiaries, 4 overseas branches in Hongkong, Japan, Holland, Nigeria, over 5000 staff members and a registered capital of 1.16 billion RMB. In addition, the Group owns one listed company and holdshares another, reaching total assets of 5 billion RMB, and net assets of 2.5 billion RMB.
